Mid-Level — 3 to 5 Years Experience Gurgaon (On-site)

You will work directly with Salvi More on live residential and office projects - from concept and space planning through execution and handover.

This includes spatial planning, material selection, joinery design, drawing production, and site coordination.

There are no junior-senior silos here. If you are in the room, please contribute. If you spot something wrong on site, you are expected to say so.

What we look for

  • A portfolio that shows careful thinking about detailing
  • Ability to produce clear and buildable drawings
  • Working knowledge of materials, vendors and site execution
  • Strong design opinions with clear communication
  • Honesty about what you know and what you are still learning
